abd88 Terms and Conditions

01. General Terms

abd88 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online entertainment and betting service for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between abd88 and the platform user ("member", "you").

Under this agreement, "Service" refers to all digital services provided by abd88, including the website, mobile interface, game lobby, betting markets, payment portal and customer support channels.

This platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. Online betting may be legally restricted in your area. It is your own responsibility to verify your local laws before participating.

02. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on abd88. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. We may request documentation to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If your details change, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

abd88 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at the time of deposit, withdrawal or at any other time. This may require a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

abd88 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account identity verification has been completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where possible). abd88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

04. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registration and claim the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳20,000 in total wagers to be completed.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• abd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer, though this will not apply to bonuses that have already been claimed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

abd88 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week, and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Higher tiers can be reached by remaining regularly active.

05. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Once any bet is finalised, the abd88 server log will serve as the applicable record. abd88 is not responsible for any loss incurred due to connection issues, device failure or power outages.

5.2 Technical Errors

abd88 reserves the right to correct any results, odds or payouts displayed in error due to software or hardware failure. abd88 is not obliged to pay out any winnings arising from an apparent technical error.

5.3 Fair Play Guarantee

abd88 works with established game providers to ensure fair play. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure impartial outcomes.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abd88 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Creating strategic betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus terms.
• Using hacking, scripts, bots or automation tools.
• Money laundering through funds obtained illegally.
• Submitting false identity or documents.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Colluding with other members when placing bets (collusion).

07. Privacy and Security

7.1 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

abd88 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your personal and financial information. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

08. Responsible Gaming

abd88 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gambling is entertainment only, not addiction.

09. Account Closure and Suspension

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any applicable withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure by abd88

abd88 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• False identity or age.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Account inactive for an extended period (following relevant notice).

Funds deemed to have been obtained unlawfully will not be returned in the case of accounts closed for valid reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

abd88 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses arising from problems with the member's own device or internet connection.
• Delays caused by third-party service outages (mobile banking, bank servers).
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Expected income or profit from game outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, abd88's total liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

abd88 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for significant changes.
